Our Response to COVID-19

At Fayette, the safety and health of our team members is our highest priority. While the global coronavirus pandemic is quickly evolving, we are taking the necessary steps to make certain our team members stay informed on the latest CDC information.

Our home office team and our upper management leaders are communicating daily to discuss CDC updates and how we can continue to protect our employees and customers. We are closely following updates from WHO and other CDC organizations to ensure we are keeping our staff and customers safe to the best of our abilities.

  • Restrictions on non-essential travel have been put into place until further notice. To ensure our leaders have what they need to continue daily operations, proper actions have been taken. We are increasing the use of video meetings and phone calls to help our teams maintain the highest level of customer service and leadership, while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
  • For our employees in our home office, we are taking extra precautions to protect our staff. We have implemented a frequent sanitizing schedule daily and allowing only employees to enter our facility. We have put strict policies into place to ensure the safety and health of our home office staff, while maintaining the highest level of support to our outside sales and operational teams.
