Our customers are looking for a different option. Many feel tied down to investment owned companies. Our company is still owned by my husband and I and that is how it started from day one.
Our History
Fayette began in 1994 as a Carpet cleaning and Janitorial supply company. Dale and Michelle made sales calls, serviced customers, as well as maintained all business operations behind the scenes. They landed their first large Janitorial account in 1997, which they still service today.
As Fayette Janitorial Services began to grow rapidly, they quickly expanded into three different divisions adding the Fayette Industrial Division and Special Projects Division. As all three divisions have experienced tremendous growth over the years, Dale and Michelle credit their success to the people they have put behind them.
Since launching in 1994, the company has grown their employee base from two to over 600 employees and their operations to 30 plus states. Fayette is committed to understanding their customer needs and providing a different customer experience.
